1.1 Prices
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and represent consumer retail pricing. Professional pricing is available upon request by contacting our customer service team at info@vitalhq.com.au. While every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing, Vital HQ reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

1.2 Sales Tax
Prices do include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

1.3 Delivery
Vital HQ strives to ship orders within 72 hours of receipt within Australia, Australian territories. Orders will be processed after credit card approval and address verification. Express orders received after 12:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the next business day. Shipping is provided via Australia Post and may include Express Post, Standard Post, or other delivery services depending on the order’s destination. Additional surcharges may apply for weekend deliveries and oversized/overweight shipments. Vital HQ will not be held liable for delays due to events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or damage to our property.

1.4 Returns
A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Vital HQ before returning any items. Returns without an RA number will be refused. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in new, resalable condition. Return credits are issued to the original purchaser only. We recommend returning items via Australia Post with tracking, as Vital HQ is not responsible for lost packages.

1.5 Payment
Vital HQ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other payment methods as available. Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped.

1.6 Ownership Transfer
Title to the goods remains with Vital HQ until payment in full is received. At that time, title will pass to you.

1.7 Claims and Warranty
Vital HQ warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects as follows:

Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. If a defect is found, our sole remedy will be to either replace the defective goods or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
